1. Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Custom or final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
